I'm a 3x technology founder with deep experience building data analytics platforms and process optimization tools. Along the way I have had two exits, which were great and a few layoffs, which were less great. Today I'm the founder of Repaper, a consulting firm helping companies balance emerging tech and a workforce racing to keep up. This pays the bills. The Map is Not Me is a passion project and I am deeply committed to helping my peers navigate a changing workforce and confusing workplace. This fills the soul.
